C & S Security's #3 Chain is made to secure two prisoners together for auto or bus transport. They are 24 inches long (16 links total) with two 5/16" x 2" steel rings, one at each end. This allows walking room for loading and unloading a bus or auto. This chain can also be used to secure handcuffs and leg irons together to restrict hand movement.
